Job Description:[leave blank -- Recruiter will populate this]JOB TITLE:INVESTMENT OPERATIONS SENIOR SPECIALISTDIVISION:FinanceDEPARTMENT:Treasury Management & ProcurementLOCATION:GT TowerREPORTING TO(ROLE):Investment Operations ManagerNUMBER OF DIRECTREPORTS:NoneMAIN PURPOSEOF THE JOB:Ensures the timely and accurate deployment of subscriptions/redemptions, and trades settlements of unit linked funds.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ensure accurate deployment of daily fund subscriptions and redemptions to each Unit Linked (UL) account.
Perform detailed bank reconciliations to verify processed subscriptions and redemptions, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Monitor all foreign exchange (FX) trades related to UL funds, ensuring compliance with established limits and mitigating currency risk.
Process settlements for UL trades, weekly fund redemptions, and dividend payouts for income-paying funds with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and submit BIR 2307 tax forms to brokers in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare cash flow projections for Global Dynamic Allocation Funds
Monitor and analyze monthly cash flows of Unit Linked accounts
Serve as System Administrator for investment accounts, ensuring system integrity, user access, and data accuracy.
Manage and update account with banks annually or as required to ensure seamless transaction processing.
Perform UAT and process onboarding of new funds to be launched
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for UL processes and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
Investment background is preferred but not mandatory.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision; possesses strong analytical skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Proficient in intermediate Excel functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and related tools.
Excellent coordination skills to work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in any business related course
