Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Political Science/Administration/Human Resource Management, or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in payroll and timekeeping. Must have an understanding of existing and new labor laws and regulations as released by DOLE and related government agencies Strong attention to detail and organization skills Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT) With above-average verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities Maintain accurate time records for employees Track attendance and punctuality Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Process timecards and payroll data Assist in preparing reports on employee hours Address timekeeping inquiries from staff Collaborate with HR for audits and adjustments Show more Show less
