If you enjoy building and optimising profitable ad campaigns-and want your work to contribute to meaningful transformation-this role offers both challenge and purpose at scale.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Media Buyer (Paid Advertising Specialist) to work closely with our CMO to create, launch, and optimise profitable paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.This is a hands-on role for someone who loves testing creative, scaling winning campaigns, and using data to drive continual improvement across the funnel.Key Responsibilities📈 Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and GoogleManage budgets, campaign structures, bidding strategies, and objectivesSet up and manage tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters🎨 Creative & Copy Performance
Create static ad creatives and develop briefs/hooks for video creativeWrite high-converting ad copy across multiple funnel stagesRun structured A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences, and offers📊 Optimisation & Reporting
Analyse performance and provide clear, actionable insightsUse AI tools to support ad creation, testing, and reporting workflowsContinuously improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality🤝 Collaboration & Growth
Collaborate with design, marketing, and funnel teamsStay current with platform updates, policies, and paid media best practicesSkills & ExperienceProven experience running and optimising Meta Ads and Google AdsStrong understanding of audience targeting and funnel strategyStrong copywriting skills for performance advertisingComfortable analysing data and turning insights into actionExperience using design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar)Experience using AI tools within creative and performance workflowsDetail-oriented, organised, and proactiveAble to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred ExperienceExperience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube AdsFamiliarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation toolsExperience with GA4, conversion APIs, and advanced tracking setupsExperience with AI-driven ad creation workflows💖 Why Join Us?✨ Work on campaigns seen by millions worldwide
