- Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads strategies that improve ROI, increase conversions, and meet performance goals.
- Manage multi-platform advertising efforts, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and insights delivery to support business decision making.
- Develop campaign strategies, including keyword research, audience targeting, and budget planning.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, ROAS, conversions) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, GA4 events, UTM parameters, and CRM tracking integrations.
- Directly communicate with clients to provide updates, strategy insights, and performance reviews.
- Prepare and deliver clear performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams or clients.
- Conduct $A/B$ tests to enhance ad performance and user engagement.
- Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, platform changes, and market trends.
- 3+ years of hands-on & recent multi-platform experience managing ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong English fluency for direct client communication.
- Strong expertise in e-commerce paid advertising.
- Multi-platform experience managing ads on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience handling 10+ active client accounts, managing a budget of at least $100,000+ annual or $10,000 a month.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Proven ability to deliver positive ROI and ROAS.
- Strong knowledge of keyword strategies, bidding strategies, ad structure, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights clearly.
- Solid understanding of tracking setups, conversion events, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and take initiative.
- Google Ads Certification (Nice to have).
- Experience with HubSpot, Unbounce, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and landing page optimization.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how it supports paid search.
- Copywriting skills for ad creation.
- Dual monitor setup (Nice to have).
