- Create Site Safety Plans using standardized templates.
- Organize site inductions through various online systems and portals tailored to specific sites.
- Collect Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) from contractors.
- Send induction invitations via 1Breadcrumb and ensure completion.
- Verify and monitor licenses and insurance certificates for contractors on 1Breadcrumb, ensuring all are current.
- Perform data entry in Aconex for project documentation.
- Complete, file, and maintain Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) documents accurately.
- Record and update contact details in the CRM, often sourced from online platforms.
- Support sales team with administrative tasks as required.
- Enter stock take data into Odoo Inventory system.
- Input new quotes and sales orders based on provided requirements.
- Receipt stock into Odoo based on confirmed quantities and Purchase Orders.
- Maintain and update stock locations and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Enter additional data into Odoo as necessary.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within project coordination, sales support, inventory management, or finance.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with software systems such as 1Breadcrumb, Aconex, Odoo Inventory, Xero, and CRM platforms.
- Good understanding of OH&S documentation and compliance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Australian clients and Australian hours (giving you great experience and an early finish!)
