Training opportunities Key Responsibilities Organic Social Management Execute monthly content calendars across Meta platforms and TikTok Publish and schedule organic content using provided copy and creative assets Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, replies) following brand guidelines Track campaign performance using Google Sheets and project management tools Conduct competitive analysis and identify content trends Basic design work using Canva for content adaptation Brand Ambassador Coordination Identify and vet potential brand ambassadors and micro-influencers Conduct outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups Coordinate partnerships, deliverables, and timelines Quality check content for brand alignment Maintain tracking sheets and report on outreach metrics Required Qualifications 2+ years managing Instagram/Facebook organic content 1+ years coordinating influencer or ambassador programs Experience with social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Later, etc.) Basic Canva and Excel/Google Sheets skills Excellent English communication (written and verbal) Strong organizational and tracking abilities Available to work US time zones Preferred Qualifications D2C or eCommerce brand experience TikTok management experience Compensation Php 65,000 - 75,000 Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.
