The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing activities across all channels, assisting the marketing and ecommerce teams to ensure timely delivery with an attention for detail. RESPONSIBILITIES Email & SMS Assist with weekly email builds, testing and scheduling working with Sr. Marketing Executive to ensure timely delivery Support with weekly reporting across all email & SMS activity Organic Social Support with content uploads across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn) Support with content creation in Canva (preferred, but not required) Own weekly reporting for organic social channels with Sr. Marketing Executive Paid Media Support with Google & Meta ad builds and content uploads Support with reporting on all paid media Support Paid Media agency on strategy and optimisation of ad accounts Support with all paid media reporting and analysis Other Help with product selects on site for key themes or stories for marketing activities Manage Brand Partner marketing assets, saving to shared drive and keeping folders organised Assist with general or ad hoc marketing tasks to support marketing team with deliverables Proficiency in Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Business Centre, Instagram/Facebook Platforms, Asana Show more Show less
