Position Type: Virtual Assistant (Part-Time to Start) We are looking for a Client Care Support Specialist to provide warm, professional client support and help us maintain a high level of service across our coaching and personal development business. This role will start as part-time , with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and fit . Key Responsibilities: Manage client inquiries and communications using Go High Level CRM Handle initial outreach, lead vetting , and follow-up communication Provide professional, friendly, and client-centered customer service Assist with email responses , light copywriting , and client onboarding Support the internal team with administrative tasks across digital platforms Required Technical Skills: Proficient in Go High Level (GHL) Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Airtable Comfortable with Zoom, Canva, WhatsApp Familiar with the Kajabi platform Basic digital literacy and willingness to learn AI tools Preferred Qualifications: Background in coaching, counseling , or other customer-centric roles Excellent written and spoken English Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Able to be both assertive and empathetic when dealing with clients Growth mindset and eagerness to adapt in a fast-evolving environment Personal Attributes: Patient with clients who may not be tech-savvy Comfortable with coaching or personal development language Values consistency, clarity, and integrity Additional Notes: A Predictive Index (PI) Assessment will be required as part of the interview process There is opportunity for skill development and role expansion Compensation is competitive and based on experience Show more Show less
