Gather, analyze, and disseminate meaningful financial data throughout the organization to assist in management decision-making. Provide proactive insights to highlight opportunities for improvement and find solutions to optimise spend. Support local teams during Month End Close - provide guidance and tools to help them improve accuracy and timeliness of report Design, build and implement financial controls to ensure adherence to group controlling policies. Liaise with Intercompany Teams to record regional marketing charges and timely bookings by Countries Requirements 3-5 years of FP&A or Financial Controlling background in e-commerce / technology / or similar industries Experience in providing recommendations based on financial modelling and data to senior management for strategic decision-making Degree in Finance or Accounting is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities Strong sense of ownership to see projects to its completion Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employ a proactive approach to problem-solving Process-oriented as well as strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
