Finance Controller

• Collaborate with FP&A to ensure that department spend and financials are clearly understood by wider teams.
• Gather, analyze, and disseminate meaningful financial data throughout the organization to assist in management decision-making.
• Provide proactive insights to highlight opportunities for improvement and find solutions to optimise spend.
• Support local teams during Month End Close - provide guidance and tools to help them improve accuracy and timeliness of report
• Design, build and implement financial controls to ensure adherence to group controlling policies.
• Liaise with Intercompany Teams to record regional marketing charges and timely bookings by Countries

• 3-5 years of FP&A or Financial Controlling background in e-commerce / technology / or similar industries
• Experience in providing recommendations based on financial modelling and data to senior management for strategic decision-making
• Degree in Finance or Accounting is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities
• Strong sense of ownership to see projects to its completion
• Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employ a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Process-oriented as well as strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality
• Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in a start-up is a plus
