Country Manager

• Develop and implement the company's business strategy in the Philippines, in collaboration with the regional and global team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, Distributors, suppliers, and government officials.
• Manage the sales and marketing activities for the company's products, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Oversee the development of new business and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports to the regional and global management team, highlighting key performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
• Participating in the budgeting and financial operations of the company
• Will oversee and monitor up to 25 distributors nationwide (10 big and the others small)
• Travel with the Business Team to all clients
• Ensure all operational aspects: imports, inventory, investments, business profitability, customer debt, supplier debt, and credit.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years in a senior management role, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Deep understanding of the local market dynamics and regulatory environment
• Proven track record in achieving revenue targets, driving sustainable business growth, and delivering strategic results
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong capability to thrive in multicultural and multinational environments, fostering collaboration across diverse teams
• Fluency in English and Tagalog
• Must be open to travel in different local areas in the Philippines.
• Amenability to travel to Barcelona Spain at least once or twice a year.

• Familiarity with SAP and PowerBI is preferred but company can provide trainings.
• Exposure to working with Multinational companies.
