
Country Manager

- Develop and implement the company's business strategy in the Philippines, in collaboration with the regional and global team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, Distributors, suppliers, and government officials.
- Manage the sales and marketing activities for the company's products, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Oversee the development of new business and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reports to the regional and global management team, highlighting key performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
- Participating in the budgeting and financial operations of the company
- Will oversee and monitor up to 25 distributors nationwide (10 big and the others small)
- Travel with the Business Team to all clients
- Ensure all operational aspects: imports, inventory, investments, business profitability, customer debt, supplier debt, and credit.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years in a senior management role, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics and regulatory environment
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets, driving sustainable business growth, and delivering strategic results
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong capability to thrive in multicultural and multinational environments, fostering collaboration across diverse teams
- Fluency in English and Tagalog
- Must be open to travel in different local areas in the Philippines.
- Amenability to travel to Barcelona Spain at least once or twice a year.
- Familiarity with SAP and PowerBI is preferred but company can provide trainings.
- Exposure to working with Multinational companies.
