- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and ensure clarity on project deliverables.
- Facilitate introductions between clients to foster collaboration and align on mutual objectives.
- Curate and distribute the weekly newsletter, ensuring content reflects client interests and company initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between clients, translating and conveying client needs, preferences, and feedback effectively to foster understanding and satisfaction.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

- Proven experience working effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong proficiency in communicating with external clients, including conveying complex information clearly and diplomatically.
- Familiarity with Slack and Google productivity tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
- Prior experience in an operational role performing recurring administrative tasks.
- Native English proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to translate and communicate client needs effectively between different parties.
- Skilled in articulating messages clearly and accurately from one client to another.
- Understanding of client expectations and the importance of maintaining positive client relationships.
