- The Hotel Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests upon arrival and departure. This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and handling reservations. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to address guest needs efficiently and professionally.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-in & Check-out: Greet guests warmly, check them into their rooms, provide room keys, and handle check-out procedures.
- Reservations & Room Assignment: Assist with room reservations, make changes to bookings, and ensure room assignments meet guest preferences.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally. Maintain high customer service standards throughout the guests stay.
- Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, process credit card transactions, and issue receipts. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
