As a Senior UI/UX Designer / Head of Design, you will be responsible for creating user- centric designs that enhance the overall experience of our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces.Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and pain points.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Design and optimize UI components, layouts, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user interactions.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback to enhance user experience.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
Maintain and improve design systems and UI guidelines for consistency across products.
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Hands-on experience in designing B2B web-based applications/platforms
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design principles.
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance creativity with usability and business goals.
