- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Design and optimize UI components, layouts, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user interactions.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback to enhance user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
- Maintain and improve design systems and UI guidelines for consistency across products.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Hands-on experience in designing B2B web-based applications/platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design principles.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance creativity with usability and business goals.
