  • We're hiring a highly capable Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to directly support the Founder of a U.S.-based Home Care agency and Property Investment business.
  • This role is more than admin support-it's about connecting the dots, anticipating needs, and driving outcomes across the team. You'll be at the center of communication, accountability, and execution, ensuring priorities move forward without constant direction.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Calendar & Inbox Ownership
Manage the Founder's time and communications: anticipate conflicts, resolve proactively, and draft/prepare responses.
  • Meeting Orchestration
Join internal and external Zoo etings, document action items, and ensure follow-through happens on time.
  • Project Accountability
Track priorities in ; follow up with tea mbers on overdue tasks, escalate blockers, and keep projects moving.
  • Priority Execution
Translate verbal/Zoom instructions into clear actions, delegated tasks, or systems (no spoon-feeding required).
  • Recruitment Support
Coordinate interviews, manage onboarding checklists, and ensure each new hire is fully set up without loose ends.
  • Process Alignment
Work closely with the Systems & SOP Coordinator to make sure documented processes match what the business is actually doing.
  • EOS Support
Maintain Scorecards, Rocks, and L10 meeting rhythms-ensuring the leadership team always has the right data and issues surfaced.Who You Are

  • Communicator: Strong written and verbal English, able to represent the Founder professionally in email, Slack, and meetings.
  • Experienced: 5+ years in EA, Project Manager, or Chief of Staff-style roles, ideally with international companies.
