The Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff will serve as the right hand to the CEO, providing high-level administrative support, managing daily operations, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. This hybrid role requires a strong mix of organizational expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen. The candidate will manage executive schedules, facilitate communication, oversee special projects, and provide input to decision-making processes.Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
- Serve as a gatekeeper for the executive team, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and resources are allocated appropriately.
- Partner with leadership to execute company initiatives and track progress against goals.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate communication between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for strategic discussions.
- Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolving issues before they arise.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Assist in managing board relations, including meeting preparation, materials, and follow-ups.
- Support in financial oversight and budgeting processes as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, project management, and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
