Job Description:Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM AU Time)What are we looking for?Skills Required:

At least 3 years of experience working with an Australian client
Accounts payable or bookkeeping experience is a must
Experience working in the electrical industry

Nice to Have:

Xero or SimPRO experience
Experience using social media for marketing purposes

What will you do?

Answer phone calls and help with admin tasks from internal sales staff.
Allocating follow up to managers - via teams and job management tool
Enter data enquiries from social media and website into Pipedrive (Facebook and Instagram)
Manage email account.
Data cleanup for new leads
Payroll Processing and bank reconciliation
Accounts Payable (Processing invoices) and supplier reconciliations
Month End reconciliations (Balance Sheet & P&L)
