- At least 3 years of experience working with an Australian client
- Accounts payable or bookkeeping experience is a must
- Experience working in the electrical industry
- Xero or SimPRO experience
- Experience using social media for marketing purposes
- Answer phone calls and help with admin tasks from internal sales staff.
- Allocating follow up to managers - via teams and job management tool
- Enter data enquiries from social media and website into Pipedrive (Facebook and Instagram)
- Manage email account.
- Data cleanup for new leads
- Payroll Processing and bank reconciliation
- Accounts Payable (Processing invoices) and supplier reconciliations
- Month End reconciliations (Balance Sheet & P&L)
- Home-based
