- End-to-End Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the complete supply chain, from sourcing materials to final delivery to end consumer or business.
- Freight Management: Manage, track, and optimize the outbound logistics from supplier to warehouse daily to ensure timely delivery and avoid fines.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
- Demand Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and align procurement strategies accordingly.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs.
- Purchasing: Create regular Purchase Orders using inventory planning software and in-house systems, following established criteria with transparent documentation of quantity determinations.
- Shipping & Distribution: Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers across the US.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement OKRs to monitor supply chain health, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Supplier Management: Establish, maintain, source, and negotiate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, building relationships, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Shipping Partner Coordination: Work closely with logistics partners to resolve issues, optimize transit times, and enhance service levels.
- Travel: Travel to trade shows and suppliers as needed to source new suppliers, typically 1-3 times per year.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant US regulations and international standards.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to address disruptions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with management, operations, finance, and cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Flexibility: Accept, recommend, and optimize additional tasks and responsibilities to meet business objectives.
- Systems & Tools: Utilize and, when necessary, enhance supply chain and inventory management systems (e.g., Inventory Planner, ERPs) and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify, document, and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in supply chain operations.
- Education: Stay educated (such as podcasts, industry publications, online media, social media) on industry trends to share, discuss, and implement.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Proven track record of managing warehouse operations, including in-house and/or third-party logistics.
- Proven track record in purchasing and optimizing inventory levels.
- Proven experience building and nurturing long-term supplier and vendor relationship stacks.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platform; Shopify is strongly preferred.
- Experience with project management and collaboration software; ClickUp and Slack preferred.
- Communication Skills:
- Prior exposure to remote work and experienced in coordinating with cross-cultural teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams. Candidate should have a score of at least C1 Proficient User rating. - Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience working with US-based e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience in process improvement and change management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed by leadership

- Reliable residential internet connection (25 Mbps minimum)

- Must be able to work full-time: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and Slack
- Comfortable managing cross-time zone tasks (Pacific Time & PH)
