Job Title: Founding Sales Development Representative - Offshore Recruitment Services Location: Remote (apply from anywhere) Role Type: Contract (commission-based trial, with potential for ongoing role and salary) Pay Structure: Initially commission-based: $ per qualified live call + % of closed deals. We&aposre hiring our first Sales Development Representative to launch and scale Reef&aposs outbound sales engine. This is a hands-on, builder role where you&aposll: Optimise our appointment setting process Document and refine outreach systems Book high-quality calls with founders and decision-makers in service-based B2B companies Prepare for a future step-up into onboarding and managing new sales hires You&aposll begin with a commission-based trial to prove performance and fit. After demonstrating consistent results in generating qualified live calls and contributing to closed deals, we aim to offer a longer-term contract with increased earning potential. What You&aposll Do Own outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to founders, CEOs, and hiring decision-makers Book qualified live calls for Reef&aposs founders using a consultative, problem-led approach Build and document outreach playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling guides Track and report KPIs in our CRM (GoHighLevel) Work closely with the founder to refine messaging and targeting Help onboard and train new appointment setters as the team grows Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience delivering results in recruitment, staffing, BPO, or outsourcing sales Track record of generating leads and booking appointments with senior decision-makers Skilled with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outbound automation tools Strong cold calling experience - confident handling gatekeepers and objections Excellent written and spoken English for professional client communication Self-starter mindset - comfortable building processes and working without a pre-set playbook Comfortable starting with a commission-based trial tied to qualified appointments and closed deals Reliable home setup: high-speed internet, modern laptop/desktop, quiet workspace, quality mic or headset Benefits Be the first sales hire - direct impact on strategy and growth Career growth into a leadership role as the team scales Flexible, performance-driven work environment Uncapped earning potential based on results Show more Show less
