Job Title: Onboarding Specialist - US Healthcare Location: Remote Shift: 8:30 PM - 6:00 AM PHT (Night Shift) Experience: 2-5 Years Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist with experience in US Healthcare onboarding. The candidate will manage end-to-end onboarding processes for healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding of healthcare professionals (Nurses, Physicians, Allied Health, etc.) for US clients. Ensure completion and accuracy of onboarding documentation within defined timelines. Handle credentialing, background verification, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and clients for seamless onboarding. Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records in internal systems. Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations and client-specific compliance. Follow up on pending licenses, certifications, and required documents. Maintain TAT and meet onboarding SLAs. Resolve candidate queries related to onboarding processes. Key Requirements 2-5 years of experience in US Healthcare onboarding or credentialing. Strong understanding of US healthcare compliance (licenses, certifications, immunizations, etc.). Experience with ATS/HRMS tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously. High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Skills Experience in US staffing or healthcare recruitment firms. Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Immediate joiners preferred.
