- Generate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in defined target markets through outbound prospecting.
- Make 60-80 outbound calls daily, supported by email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital tools to engage prospects.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Set qualified appointments and discovery calls for the Sales team and nurture leads through the pipeline.
- Use Salesforce (or similar CRM) and supporting tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.) to manage data, track activities, and report on pipeline progress.
- Conduct account/contact profiling and research to personalize outreach strategies.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, social media) aligned with company goals and vertical focus.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor outreach based on product offerings and client needs.
- Maintain accurate reporting of daily/weekly activities and pipeline metrics.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong ability to build client relationships and communicate value to senior-level prospects.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a competitive personality.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections effectively.
- Persistent, goal-oriented, and comfortable making dozens of cold calls per day.
- Highly organized with strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with a reliable and professional work ethic (punctuality and attendance are critical).
- Superior computer and web navigation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems; knowledge of sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace for emails, scheduling, and meetings.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, lead generation, and account development.
- Must have a strong and stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps postpaid plan with proof of billing; speed of at least 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
- Minimum 1-2 years of outbound sales, lead generation, or business development experience in a call center or B2B environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS/software solutions or selling to C-level prospects is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation techniques.
- Industry knowledge in Software Solutions is an advantage.
- At least 2 years in college (any course) or Senior High School graduate (or equivalent).
