JOB SUMMARY Responsible for handling of payment-related concerns and queries of Walk-In clients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assistance to walk in clients within the prescribed SLA. Perform analysis of account and buyer's request. Creation of CRM ticket on billing-related buyer's requests within 24 hours. Provide assistance to both external and internal customers. Prepare reports on walk-in buyer's concerns for monitoring/assessment of Management. Inter department coordination for the client's request/concern. Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
