
BILLING ANALYST

- Analyzing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Verifying with other departments that orders have been fulfilled.
- Preparing, issuing, and sending invoices.
- Reviewing invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
- Reconciling invoices with customer orders.
- Communicating with clients and internal departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications (Helping customers in case of complaints and questions).
- Ensuring clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements.
- Maintaining updated records of customers account billing information
- Preparing reports and meeting billing deadlines.
- Monitoring accounts receivable and transactions
- Managing customer account reconciliations
- Creating analytical reports and presenting them to senior managers
- Participating in monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups
- Detecting and resolving errors in billing operations and other related problems
- Assist client with customer account reconciliations.
- Validate customer purchase orders and contracts for completeness and consistency.
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office٫ particularly especially Excel
- Previous experience as a billing analyst or in a similar role. At least 1 year experience is accepted
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail٫ ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work in night shift
