Billing AnalystJob Summary:As Billing Analyst, you will assist the team with customer billing, payments and contract management activities and affiliate products.Responsibilities:

Overall management of client accounts including the creation and maintenance of customer billing records
Address customer billing inquiries and help resolve issues
Review contract terms to ensure accuracy in billing and Salesforce CPQ data
Assist with various billing-related reporting, including ad hoc requests
Assist with month end responsibilities as needed
Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

College graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
3+ years of relevant work experience
Proficient understanding of basic accounting theory (e.g. Accounts Receivable & Revenue)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with Salesforce a plus
Organized and detail-oriented and accurate
Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management
Customer service focused and solution oriented
Strong ability to meet deadlines and multi-task within a fast-paced environment

Salary Package:

Up to P46,000 depending on experience
