- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, with mandatory SharePoint knowledge
- Basic troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with Android, iOS, and Windows operating systems
- Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS); Meraki experience is a plus
- Basic experience with Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID
- Basic understanding of scripting.
- Intune experience is a plus
- Proficiency with TeamViewer Experience:
- Customer support via Teams, phone, and email
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and ticketing systems
- Strong systematic approach and documentation skills
