Job Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Training Lead to design, deliver, and optimize sales training programs that support high performance and business growth. This role is instrumental in equipping the sales force with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to succeed in a dynamic and customer-driven industry such as real estate or insurance.The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent facilitation and coaching skills, and a passion for empowering others to achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement tailored sales training programs based on identified business needs and sales capability gaps.
Facilitate engaging training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer relationship management, and service excellence.
Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve programs using feedback and performance data.
Provide coaching and mentoring to sales professionals to support on-the-job application of skills and drive performance.
Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and opportunities.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging tools to ensure training remains relevant and effective.
Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and e-learning modules as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a sales trainer, sales enablement officer, or similar rolepreferably in real estate or insurance.
Strong grasp of sales techniques, consultative selling, and client relationship management.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience using training software, e-learning platforms, or learning management systems (preferred).
