As we scale, were seeking a Training Lead Specialist to drive onboarding, skills development, and ongoing training for our virtual assistants and internal team members.Role OverviewAs a Training Lead Specialist, your mission is to design, implement, and manage training programs that equip our VAs and team members with the skills and knowledge they need to perform at the highest level. You'll lead onboarding sessions, identify skill gaps, roll out refresher training, and ensure a culture of continuous learning across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Design & DeliveryDesign and develop training materials (slides, SOPs, videos, quizzes)Lead onboarding sessions for new hires (General VA, Sales VA, etc.)Conduct training needs analysis regularlyCreate role-specific learning paths and certification plansPerformance Support & CoachingPartner with department heads to identify performance gapsProvide targeted coaching and refresher sessions to underperforming VAsSupport team leads with resources and coaching frameworksConduct skill-based assessments and feedback sessionsMonitoring & ReportingTrack training completion, scores, and effectivenessUse survey data, call audits, and feedback loops to refine training contentGenerate monthly reports on training ROI and team performance improvementLearning Management & CultureMaintain and update internal training hubs or LMSPromote a culture of learning, feedback, and peer developmentRecommend tools and methods to improve knowledge transfer (e.g., microlearning, mentorship, simulations)Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have:2+ years experience in training, L&D, or operations coaching (preferably in remote/VA or BPO setup)Strong communication and facilitation skills (Zoom, Loom, etc.)Experience creating training materials and conducting virtual workshopsFamiliarity with Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Notion, or similar toolsAbility to assess learning needs and adjust training strategies accordinglyNice-to-Have:Experience with LMS tools (e.g., TalentLMS, Thinkific, Trainual, etc.)Background in instructional design or adult learning principlesFamiliarity with remote support roles: General VA, Sales VA, Marketing, etc.BPO or VA agency experience is a major advantageSoft Skills We Look For:Strong leadership and accountabilityClear communicator and natural coachAnalytical mindset with attention to detailProactive and self-motivatedOrganized, patient, and growth-focusedWhat We Offer:Remote-first culture and flexible scheduleAccess to upskilling and development toolsOpportunities to lead and scale training programsPerformance-based bonusesA collaborative team that values learning and results
