Import Supervisor

- Stay up-to-date with local, national and international regulations and standards relevant to the company's requirements.
- Responsible on accuracy and completeness of the shipping documents from various shippers or suppliers.
- Ensure all importations are in compliance with the existing rules and regulations of Bureau of Customs and other government regulated agencies (FDA, BOC, BIR, BAI, NTC, BPS, etc.)
- Responsible on checking the computation of the duties and taxes in reference to the Tariff Administration and Policy
- Collaborate and align with internal parties (MY Global Trade, PH Finance/Warehouse/, etc.) and stakeholders (Logistics Service Providers, etc.).
- Assist internal and external audits if required.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
- Bachelors Degree in Customs Administration or work equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in Import and Export (from multinational companies)
- Good in writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Has the ability to work with a fast-paced environment
- Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite
