Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth regulatory research and legal analysis specific to the Brazilian online gaming industry Analyze and monitor competitor compliance strategies and market practices Support the review and approval process for games and products to ensure full compliance with Brazilian laws and technical standards Monitor and interpret new or upcoming regulations in Brazil and assess their impact on Philippine-developed products and regional operations Conduct compliance and risk assessment for new market entries and partnerships Coordinate with legal and compliance teams both in the Philippines and Brazil, ensuring smooth communication and regulatory alignment Develop and maintain a compliance documentation system, including a structured compliance dictionary Create and manage reporting frameworks for audits, licensing, and regulatory requests to ensure traceability and accountability Assist in the preparation and submission of documents to Brazilian regulatory agencies as needed Deliver internal training on Brazil-specific legal requirements and operational compliance practices Act as compliance advisor and project lead for cross-border product and platform development Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Platform, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure integrated compliance implementation Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related disciplines Solid legal background with strong understanding of online gaming or fintech regulatory environments At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the gaming or digital entertainment industry Strong ability to interpret legal texts, draft internal compliance policies, and translate legal changes into actionable internal processes Capable of conducting independent legal research and comparative regulatory analysis across jurisdictions (e.g., Brazil, Philippines, LATAM region) Demonstrated experience bridging legal concepts with operational needs across departments (Product, Marketing, Platform, etc.) Experience mentoring junior staff or leading regulatory projects is a plus Fluent in Chinese and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple regulatory and research tasks under pressure Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Must be able to multi-task and work cross-functionally Show more Show less
