Job Description The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves planning, implementing, and analyzing marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with company goals. The Marketing Supervisor will lead a team of marketing professionals, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, and play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the marketing team. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media platforms. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools; recommend adjustments as needed. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication. Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost efficiency. Coordinate with vendors, media agencies, and third-party suppliers. Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches. Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and proposals for management review. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email campaigns). Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience with CRM tools, graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe), and content management systems is a plus. Work Set-Up Hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite reporting in BGC, Taguig and 2 days work-from-home (WFH). Required to work onsite from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
