- Oversee content creation, campaign planning, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor digital trends and recommend innovations to enhance reach and engagement.
- Supervise and mentor digital marketing staff, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development.
- Manage work schedules, task assignments, and attendance tracking.
- Address team concerns promptly and ensure compliance with HR policies and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with diverse teams to align digital efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Support stakeholder branding efforts through digital channels.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 - 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO platforms, analytics dashboards).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in employee advocacy, content strategy, and campaign optimization is a plus.
