The role: GTM Engineering & Marketing Ops As a Marketing Operations & GTM Systems Manager, you&aposll be joining a global leader in visual assistance software. You&aposll play an imporfant role by managing their entire marketing tech stack from HubSpot to AI tools-to build automated workflows that drive efficiency and accelerate pipeline growth. Responsibilities: You&aposll own and optimize marketing technology stack including platforms like HubSpot to support campaign execution and lead management. You will implement AI-powered workflows using tools such as Clay.com and ChatGPT to streamline prospecting, lead nurturing, and outreach. You&aposll ensure data is clean and synchronized across all tools and build dashboards to monitor performance metrics and ROI. Develop lead scoring and segmentation models to improve pipeline quality, and you&aposll oversee email deliverability and performance. Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams. You&aposll document processes and train teammates on best practices to ensure smooth operations and collaboration. Must haves: Minimum of 5 years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations with an experience of managing tech stacks and executing campaigns. Hands-on experience with AI-powered GTM tools like Clay.com and ChatGPT as well as automation APIs and data enrichment platforms. Strong systems-thinking skills, capable of creating and scaling new processes from the ground up. Excellent communication skills.
