- Execute reporting that measures marketing's contribution to pipeline, campaign engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design, build, and maintain self-service Salesforce dashboards that are intuitive, accurate, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Drive adoption of self-service analytics tools across the marketing organization.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to extract key insights and provide summary reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Continually refine data processes and analytics methodologies, staying updated with industry trends, and work to identify gaps and lead data quality initiatives to address them.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to align data definitions and lead routing logic.
- Partner with data and technology teams to refine or build infrastructure needed to meet reporting or routing requirements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple high-impact reporting initiatives with agility and precision.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team focused on lead routing and process optimization.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing operations, analytics, or a related field in a B2B environment.
- Minimum 2+ years of people management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboarding.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, campaign performance metrics, and pipeline attribution.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Experience working with large datasets across multiple platforms to build dashboards and visualizations.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platform reporting (Marketo), Google Analytics 4, and BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio), preferred.
- Hands-on experience in B2B lead assignment processes, preferred. Lead routing tool management (e.g. LeanData, Chili Piper) a big plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills, including ability to concisely present project deliverables and outcomes.
- This is a global role requiring alignment with U.K. business hours.
