Currently we use Salesforce.com as the main application platform for over 1200 field-based sales representatives, and around 145 global and local marketing executives. You will work alongside our Salesforce Team Leads, Developers and Administrators to ensure agile route to delivery. This role is part of the CRM Support team which covers the full software lifecycle from business requirements, through solutions design, development and testing, and finally into everyday service and support. What will you do as a Salesforce Developer As a Salesforce Developer working under the supervision of the Salesforce Technical Developer Lead, you will: Configure Salesforce platform to support business functions and meet project objectives, internal stakeholder requirements and company goals. Participate in implementation of software development, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as producing technical documentation. Create and maintain product backlogs and user stories, discover customer and company needs, systems and operations requirements, customer rollout requirements, and usability. Work closely with key stakeholders to support business objectives using an Agile approach. Designing and implementing technical services for data integration (SOAP / REST, APIs) and work closely with the Integration/middleware team. What makes you the ideal candidate for this role The ideal candidate must possess below: At least 1 year of combined experience in development and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Hubspot Marketing Hub including Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, configuring API events, programmatic coding for email. Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer I or similar) is a strong plus. If you have hands-on expertise that has not been certified, you will need to demonstrate active knowledge during the hiring process. Skills in Web Services (Rest/SOAP) and understand data and integration patterns for CRM. Skills in SQL and JSON coding.
