Responsibilities: Plan Salesforce Service Cloud solutions with product owner and admins Configure and develop Service Cloud together with admin Participate in discovery, design, testing and change management Create technical documentation for service cloud solutions Collaborate with overall IT team and partners to implement and maintain integrations and APIs Support admins when needed Qualifications: 5+ years proven experience configuring Salesforce Service Cloud and developing basic service cloud applications Proven experience developing and implementing Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I or II) Experience working in smaller Salesforce admin/development teams where broad responsibility such as solution design, development, testing and user onboarding is shared Experience working within or in close collaboration with consumer customer service Show more Show less
