Conduct competency assessments and manages individual performance and career planning
Lead small-scale projects using agile or predictive methods, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
Analyze business processes and requirements to design effective solutions across systems and architecture
Design, develop, test, and integrate software and databases, ensuring usability, scalability, and compliance
Oversee testing, release, deployment, and installation activities, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate documentation
Support service delivery, incident/problem/change management, and risk mitigation to maintain operational excellence

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or any related course
At least 5 years in full SDLC and technical delivery, with hands-on experience in web app development using VB.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential to the role
Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server, relational databases, Active Directory, and Web Services, with experience in Agile environments
Strong stakeholder engagement, including end users and third-party vendors, with expertise in evaluating and integrating software solutions
Proven project management skills with strong analytical and execution capabilities; excellent verbal and written communication
Solid understanding of Agile SDLC, databases, distributed systems, and integration technologies, including web services, microservices, and APIs
