This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:Provides subject matter expertise on Core Workday Reporting: Build and maintain Custom Reports, Understand Report Types, Data Sources, Primary Business Objects, Use filters, prompts, sorting, grouping, Calculated FieldsUnderstand Workday business objects (Worker, Position, Org, Job, Comp) and Use of Business Object Details and Report Fields, Use of Discovery Boards, Build dashboards and worklets, Use of Worksheets for live data analysisPeople Analytics & Prism (Advanced)Understands Reporting Operations that includes, following naming standards and tags, Support OX migrations, validate reports post deploymentSupports the software development lifecycle for software solutionsDeploys, configures, and supports business applicationsConfigures, customizes, and integrates vendor-sourced enterprise software with other internal systems like SAPUpdates existing code to debug or incorporate minor enhancementsDevelops deep domain knowledge by understanding business processesElicits business requirements and translates business needs into fit-for-purpose actionable plansActively participates in an integrated DevOps Team utilizing Agile methodologies with strong change management focusProvides daily operational support for several applications by troubleshooting incidents to identify root causes and solutions, identifying, and resolving problems, designing and implementing configuration changes and monitoring performanceProactive communication and quick response to production issues and project work.Strong customer focusIdentifies areas for improvement and partners with Software Engineers/team members to address tactical and strategic issues.Develops and maintains support documentationMaintains IP Compliance on systems and software as appropriateAbout YouWe know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
