You will make a direct impact by: Conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform design decisions and create compelling wireframes and prototypes. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and ensure optimal usability. Developing consistent design systems and guidelines, performing usability testing, and staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies. This Role Is for You If Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the education or technology industry. You have a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, with clear examples of user-centered design processes. You have worked on AI-Powered Applications. You have experience using the latest AI Coding assistant tools. Technical Skills: Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Familiarity with Design systems, Prototyping Tools, and User Research Techniques. Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus. Non-Negotiables: Hybrid work set-up (3 days Office, 2 days WFH) in IT Park, Cebu City. Availability for Dayshift (7:00 AM-4:00 PM PH Time, Mondays - Fridays). Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Bonus Points: Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
