Billease is the leading buy now, pay later (BNPL) platform in the Philippines. We’re building financial products that are simple, fair, and useful for millions of customers. Our design team is small but punches above its weight, we work fast, test constantly, and care about outcomes more than pretty decks.The RoleThe RoleWe’re looking for a Full-Stack Product Designer, someone who can take a customer journey from messy problem to polished, shippable design. You’ll cover the full stack:
  • UX mapping flows, fixing friction points, creating clarity in complex journeys
  • UI hands-on in Figma, setting strong visual direction, keeping consistency across screens
  • Systems thinking building design frameworks that scale across products
  • Delivery working side-by-side with product managers, engineers, and marketers to make sure what ships is what you designed
You won’t just be pushing pixels. You’ll be in customer interviews, in data dashboards, in design reviews, and in production releases.What you’ll do
  • Own design for end-to-end journeys (e.g., wallet loan, mobile load, shopping integration)
  • Translate customer and business needs into simple, elegant solutions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI in Figma — and ensure they get built right
  • Partner with product, UX research, and lifecycle to align design with real customer behavior
  • Maintain and evolve our design system for speed and consistency
  • Balance speed with craft — knowing when to ship scrappy and when to polish
Ideal ProfileWhat we’re looking for
  • 5+ years in product design, ideally at consumer tech, fintech, or e-commerce companies
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership (flows, UX decisions, UI craft)
  • Comfort jumping between high-level strategy and detailed design work
  • Skilled in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
  • Basic knowledge of usability testing and data-driven iteration
  • Great communicator - clear, straightforward, no fluff
  • Hungry to learn, humble to feedback, biased to action
Nice to have
  • Experience in top fintech organizations, preferably on emerging markets
  • Motion/interaction design skills (for smoother app experience)
  • Understanding of front-end implementation (so you can speak engineer)
