The role involves contracts management, legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing support in real estate transactions (including electronic conveyancing through PEXA) and estate planning matters (wills, powers of attorney, etc.).What You'll Do:Draft, redline, and review contractsManage contracts database (tagging, summarizing, calendaring, storing)Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notesAssist with real estate transactions and PEXA settlementsSupport estate planning: wills, powers of attorney, related documentsProvide daily support to the Sydney Legal TeamWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or related fieldCompletion of a recognized Paralegal/Legal Assistant program4+ years' experience as a Paralegal (Australian law exposure preferred)Proficiency in LEAP Legal Software and PEXAStrong legal writing, research, and communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle time-sensitive documentsExperience in BPO / offshore legal support is highly desirableWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
