- Serve as an advisor to other SAP SuccessFactors post-production support clients utilizing your expertise and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors application.
- Can own the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent and Recruiting modules to align with client business needs.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors functionalities to optimize talent acquisition and management processes.
- Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and provide expert guidance on SAP Best Practices specific to Talent and Recruiting.
- Stays updated on SAP SuccessFactors newest releases and updates relevant to Talent and Recruiting and recommends this new opt-in/opt-out features to client as needed.

- A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline is preferred. Other degree holders will also be considered.
- At least 3 years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projects and working with packaged solutions or supporting SF clients.
- Must have at least 1 certification in any SAP SuccessFactors module
- SuccessFactors RCM/RMK and ONB 1.0 and 2.0 experience preferred.
- Experience of any other SuccessFactors modules.
- Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with internal and client subject matter experts to enhance internal solution assets.
- Ability to continuously improve the current solution offerings with innovative ideas and design thinking.
- Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
- Excellent at prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment
- Preferred but not required: SF Employee Central certified. Knowledge of EC time-off, timesheet and benefits. Having additional certifications is an added advantage.
