Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Excellent verbal and written communication, Strong research and analytical skills, Proficiency in Windows applications, Fluent in English.
ResponsibilitiesJOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and relationships by providing technical support to the sales team including the LVOs and order coordinators by troubleshooting and addressing system issues. The analyst should maintain balance between corporate policy/procedures and customers' needs. It includes providing an exceptional level of customer service to all Vertiv Sales Representatives and Factory Direct Offices (FDO).RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist sales tool users with issues reported.
  • Troubleshoots CPQ issues received from sales representatives and coordinators.
  • Escalate issues to Sales Operations Leadership or IT when needed.
  • Navigates CPQ for issue resolution.
  • Creates ServiceNow to file incident tickets to Infosys (escalations).
  • Raise customer set up requests via dataZen on behalf of sales reps or order coordinators (access limitation for sales reps and enhancements).
  • Responsible in checking status of all customer set-up requests in dataZen.
  • Conducts CPQ Training to sales reps on how to enter quotes or how to navigate CPQ.
  • Manage the CPQ Triage Team mailbox.
  • Navigate Power BI for Service Instance and Site Numbers not visible in CPQ.
  • Coordinate with Sales Offices and Services Team in modifying sales office numbers of service/site numbers.
  • Updates opportunities in Oracle CRM and sync to CPQ.
  • Navigates CRM and PIM for verification.
  • Focus may expand to other sales tools as CPQ matures and other tools are introduced.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course
  • 3-year experience in Customer Service
  • 2-year experience with Vertiv Customer Service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows applications.
  • Effective time management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
  • Resilient and positive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Methodical, analytical, and proactive.
  • Team player with strong attention to detail.
