
Sales Operations & Support Analyst

- Assist sales tool users with issues reported.
- Troubleshoots CPQ issues received from sales representatives and coordinators.
- Escalate issues to Sales Operations Leadership or IT when needed.
- Navigates CPQ for issue resolution.
- Creates ServiceNow to file incident tickets to Infosys (escalations).
- Raise customer set up requests via dataZen on behalf of sales reps or order coordinators (access limitation for sales reps and enhancements).
- Responsible in checking status of all customer set-up requests in dataZen.
- Conducts CPQ Training to sales reps on how to enter quotes or how to navigate CPQ.
- Manage the CPQ Triage Team mailbox.
- Navigate Power BI for Service Instance and Site Numbers not visible in CPQ.
- Coordinate with Sales Offices and Services Team in modifying sales office numbers of service/site numbers.
- Updates opportunities in Oracle CRM and sync to CPQ.
- Navigates CRM and PIM for verification.
- Focus may expand to other sales tools as CPQ matures and other tools are introduced.
- Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course
- 3-year experience in Customer Service
- 2-year experience with Vertiv Customer Service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Windows applications.
- Effective time management.
- Fluent in English.
