About The Team As the second hire at Scoring Technology Inc., the Business Development Senior Associate will primarily focus on administrative support, including client onboarding, after-sales support, and conducting market research. This role also involves assisting the Business Development Head with pitching and client acquisition activities. Over time, the employee will also help in drafting policies, processes, and supporting strategic initiatives. Job Description Support the Business Development Head in pitching Scoring Technology Inc.'s products to prospective clients, including banks and lending companies. Assist in the acquisition of new clients by preparing presentations, proposals, and participating in key meetings. Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and technical requirements are gathered and met. Provide after-sales support, acting as the main point of contact for clients during project implementation and beyond. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely billing, payment tracking, and handling overdue invoices. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights for client targeting and partnership development. Work as a team with product, data scientist, and engineer to improve the product knowledge Contribute to internal policy and process development to support business growth and client management. Requirements Proven experience in business development, preferably in the credit bureau, financial services or lending industry in the Philippines with a minimum experience of 2 years Strong understanding of the local lending landscape. Experience in start-up, credit bureau, and/or credit risk management is a plus Proficiency in MS Office / Google suites Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills Self-starter, capable of working in a dynamic, early-stage environment Strong organizational skills to manage both BD activities and administrative tasks effectively
