- Manage end-to-end loan processing, including client onboarding, document collection, application preparation, submission, settlement tracking, and post-settlement support in collaboration with the broker and team.
- Review and analyze client documents such as fact finds, payslips, bank statements, and tax returns to ensure file completeness and readiness.
- Coordinate with lenders, BDMs, and support teams for application submissions, pricing requests, product comparisons, and status updates.
- Use CRM platforms like BrokerEngine to maintain accurate application records and use Quickli as the servicing calculator platform.
- Monitor loan progress and proactively communicate with clients to ensure a seamless experience from submission to settlement.
- Assist in preparing annual review documentation, discharge forms, and post-settlement activities such as gifting or reconciliation.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Manage the corporate mailbox and ensure smooth client communication.
- Support the Director in delivering a high-touch client service model with efficiency and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in residential mortgage or insurance broking, specifically in the Australian mortgage environment.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan processes, from document collection to settlement and aftercare.
- Skilled in reviewing financial documents and calculating borrowing capacity using tools such as Quickli.
- Proficiency with loan and CRM systems, especially BrokerEngine, MyCRM, Mercury, ApplyOnline, and Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client service.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a remote setup.
