BS degree in Industrial Engineering; BS Food Science; BS Animal Science; BS Agri Business Management and other related fields

Experience:

With one to Two (2)-year experience in food production or in supervisory role

Other Requirements:COMPETENCIESI. Knowledge * Working knowledge of production operation and capacity

With training and working knowledge on GMP-HACCP
Technical understanding of hog carcass and meat cuts
Working knowledge of inventory control

II. Skills * Leadership abilities and interpersonal relations

Planning, analytical, numerical, problem-solving skills

Excellent time management skillsAdditional InformationFood Safety:Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.Other Tasks:Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the team leader.
