Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the planning and execution of assigned projects related to electrical systems and equipment.Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, specifications, conceptual designs, and detailed layouts.Prepare cost estimates and requisitions for labor, materials, and equipment procurement.Create and maintain the project timeline and schedule.Develop Management Action Plans specific to assigned projects.Collaborate effectively with other departments such as Civil and Mechanical Engineering.Facilitate both pre-bid and post-bid activities.Review and evaluate supplier bid proposals.Create and present technical scorecards for managements decision-making.Prepare Technical Exhibits and Notices to Proceed.Organize project kick-off meetings with relevant stakeholders.Ensure project implementation aligns with approved standards and design specifications.Verify that delivered materials match the Bill of Quantities.Track project progress, ensuring timelines are met and validate any supplier-reported work stoppages.Monitor compliance with acceptance criteria as defined in the Technical Exhibit.Maintain close coordination with various business units to ensure project success and alignment with company objectives.Enforce company policies and standards among contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors, including administering disciplinary actions when required.Compile and review necessary documentation for issuing Certificates of Project Completion.Assess and document supplier performance upon project completion.Qualifications:· Educational Background must be a licensed Electrical Engineering· Experience: With at least two (2) years of work experience in Electrical Design and Installation of Electrical Equipment, Project Management and with knowledge in drafting works. ISO background will be an advantage· Competencies:o Project management and implementation.o Electrical foundation and codes.o Power generation and distribution, lightings & fixtures, motor control and inspection systems.o Good in MS Project, AutoCAD (2D), MS Office (i.e Word, Excel, PowerPoint)o With Leadership and Human Resources Management Skills.o Good presentation skillsWork Location: Cabuyao Plant, Laguna (Full Onsite)Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm)
