Location : Project Site in Calamba city, Laguna Job Details Supervise mechanical system installation in industrial facilities (e.g., CPIP) Coordinate permit processing with PEZA, BFP, and LGUs Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards Prepare documentation for equipment approvals, inspections, and compliance clearances Liaise with government officials and internal project teams Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Mechanical construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project. Identify, select, and manage subcontractors and suppliers for various construction activities. Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and successful execution of Mechanical construction activities. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents related to Mechanical works. Manage and optimize the allocation of resources, equipment, and materials for Mechanical construction activities. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to Mechanical construction works. Collaborate closely with other construction teams (electrical, mechanical, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of Mechanical works with overall project deliverables. Provide regular project updates to the client, ensuring transparency and effective communication. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, promoting professional growth and development. Continuously identify and implement innovative construction methodologies and technologies. Qualification and Experience Experience of related field. Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) Direct experience with CPIP (Calamba Premiere Industrial Park) projects Familiarity with PEZA regulations and BFP Fire Safety Compliance procedures Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical construction, preferably within the Industrial factory project. Experience with industrial construction projects would be highly advantageous. Preferred Skills Strong understanding of Mechanical engineering principles, including site preparation, foundation design, and structural engineering. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
